岗位职责:
1、负责完成公司下达的年度销售业绩指标;
2.负责新老客户的开发、维护及日常沟通工作;
3、负责销售团队的日常管理与建设工作;
4、负责与公司各部门协同配合完成订单各环节工作。
岗位要求:
1、大专以上学历;2年以上市场营销相关工作经验,有办公家具工作经验者优先;
2、工作认真负责,能吃苦,亲和力好,沟通能力强,有团队精神及团队协作能力;
3、有较强的市场营销及拓展能力,具备销售团队管理经验,对客户开发和维护有独特的见解;
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for achieving annual sales targets assigned by the company.
2. Responsible for client development and maintenance.
3. Responsible for the daily management of a sales team.
4. Responsible for the department’s coordination in accordance with the executive orders.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, above 3 years sales experience, preferably in office furniture area;
2. Have good action ability, a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, hard working, passionate; possess good communication skills and team spirit
3. Good sales and marketing development abilities, experienced in team management, with superior knowledge of customer development and maintenance.
